ARKS isn't a comic. It’s prophecy.
In the 5th century, Greek philosopher Anaxagoras believed that the universe was made up of an infinite number of seeds and that upon reaching the Earth, gave rise to life. He introduced the term ‘Panspermia' to the world.
Thousands of years later his philosophy has become the science of Directed Panspermia; the method of transporting microorganisms between habitable planets, to seed life between worlds.
Scientific theory and experiment affirm that it is OUR ONLY MEANS OF EXTRA SOLAR TRAVEL. No spaceships, no light speed, no cryo pods. Just bacteria and A.I in a probe the size of a pencil. Then a man and a woman at the edge of the universe with a single purpose; stay alive.
Arks and Arks Proximan are the first series of books that depict this incredible new frontier in science fiction. It is a prophecy because it is a warning. A warning for a future that is decades, not centuries away. A prophecy that was untold, until now.

Who’s Behind ARKS…
This idea was not dreamt up at Oxford or M.I.T. It's being written and illustrated above a radiator cabinet workshop in North London by an unlikely team of misfits and losers who realised that no one had made a book about the odds on favourite method to take us interstellar (Directed Panspermia). The misfits are Rory and Holly a husband and wife team. Both grew up reading and loving comics and have now taken on the challenge of producing their own comic series.
They spent a decade researching it, then during Covid, they made that book. 3 years and 5 books later they are now running their 6th Kickstarter about a scientific theory that will change the world. And they are still finding it difficult to describe. In the meantime, see what these guys had to say…
